The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your health self-assessment, tobacco status, your preferred coverage quantity, and your target term. These answers move to the quoting service provided by the carriers to compute rates and are not retained by this site. No personal identifiers—name, location, phone, or email—are gathered to obtain quotes. Repeated identical queries may be filled from short-term cache to reduce redundant requests.

Applying

By choosing to submit an application, your information prefills a secure service run by the carriers, governed by their privacy rules. All applications pass through Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Your contact form request includes your name, address, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, your topic, and your inquiry. It is routed to the firm's email; your email acts as the reply target. This domain retains no copy of the message, no directory of submissions, and no record of what was submitted. A quick anti-spam verification runs on your device before transmitting.

Measurement

This domain uses first-party, non-cookie analytics delivered directly from this server. No cookies or persistent identifiers are created; your IP is truncated before storage; search terms from your originating page are removed; raw logs are purged after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track enabled or using Global Privacy Control are omitted from tracking.

What we do not do

We do not transfer or disclose personal data, run ad-tracking systems, or incorporate external analytics code. Aside from the carriers' application service on the application page—which only loads if you navigate there—no third-party software executes on this website.
